Custom Metal Parts,Managed from Drawing to Delivery

PURESPEC is a China-based custom metal parts manufacturing partner combining international project communication with closely integrated manufacturing and quality resources.

We support overseas engineering teams, OEMs, equipment manufacturers, and product companies with precision CNC-machined parts, custom sheet metal components, surface finishing, and integrated assemblies.

From the first drawing review through manufacturing, inspection, documentation, packaging, and export delivery, PURESPEC provides one coordinated point of responsibility for the complete project.

Built to Close the Gap Between Drawings and Production

Finding manufacturing capacity is only one part of a successful custom metal project. The greater challenge is keeping drawings, revisions, materials, tolerances, surface requirements, inspection criteria, packaging instructions, and delivery expectations aligned from beginning to end.

From the Founder

“Closer to the Customer. Closer to Production.”

Samuel

Founder & International Projects Director

After building my life and family in China, I saw the same challenge repeatedly: capable local manufacturers and overseas customers did not always lack the ability to work together—they lacked a clear, accountable connection between customer requirements and production.

A good part begins with more than a capable machine. Drawings must be understood correctly, revisions controlled, quality expectations communicated, and problems addressed by someone willing to take responsibility.

PURESPEC was created to provide that connection. Our international project team brings the communication, visibility, and accountability expected by American and European customers. Our closely integrated manufacturing and quality team brings the process knowledge, equipment, inspection resources, and hands-on execution required to produce the parts.

We do more than pass drawings to production. We keep the customer's requirements connected to the production floor—and remain responsible for the result.

How we work

One Project Team. Clear Responsibility

PURESPEC combines international project management with closely integrated manufacturing and quality execution.

Customer requirements are translated into clear production and inspection requirements, while our on-the-ground team coordinates manufacturing, quality documentation, packaging, and shipment.

PURESPEC coordinates each project throughout and remains accountable for clear communication, confirmed requirements, agreed quality delivery, and issue resolution—from drawing review to final shipment.

What We Support

Integrated Manufacturing Support for Custom Metal Parts

PURESPEC supports custom metal components from early prototypes and sample orders through repeat production and integrated assemblies. Manufacturing arrangements are selected according to the part geometry, material, tolerance, volume, finish, application, and quality requirements.

Precision CNC Machining

PURESPEC supports precision CNC machining services for custom components with prismatic, turned, threaded, and feature-driven geometry. Early discussions commonly cover drawing revisions, material, quantity, critical dimensions, tolerance expectations, surface finish, and functional interfaces. Our team supports technical communication, manufacturing arrangements, quality requirements, and project follow-up based on the drawing and application context.

Custom Sheet Metal

Our custom sheet metal service supports fabricated parts such as brackets, panels, enclosures, covers, frames, and formed components. Customers should identify material, thickness, bend requirements, hole features, hardware needs, surface treatment, and assembly interfaces early in the process. PURESPEC supports engineering discussion, manufacturing planning, requirement coordination, and quality-focused project execution.

Surface Finishing Solutions

Surface finishing solutions support functional, protective, and appearance-related requirements for custom metal parts. Early review may include base material, finish type, color or appearance expectations, dimensional considerations, corrosion exposure, masking needs, and cosmetic requirements. PURESPEC helps coordinate finishing requirements with manufacturing planning, quality considerations, handling, and packaging expectations where relevant.

Integrated Assemblies

Integrated assemblies support projects involving machined parts, sheet metal parts, fasteners, fittings, or other specified mechanical elements. Early discussions should clarify assembly drawings, interfaces, hardware, orientation, functional checks, packaging, and required documentation. PURESPEC supports coordination between component manufacturing, finishing, assembly requirements, quality expectations, and delivery preparation according to the defined project scope.
