Request a Quote

Share your drawings and project requirements for review. Clear technical information helps support a more productive discussion of manufacturability, documentation needs, component interfaces, and potential manufacturing approaches.

  • Send a 2D drawing and, where available, a 3D CAD model
  • Include material, quantity, critical dimensions, and finish requirements
  • Note any inspection, documentation, or packaging expectations

Fields marked * are required. Anything you cannot confirm yet can be left blank and discussed during review.

Up to 5 files, 10MB each and 25MB total. PDF, common CAD formats, images, Office documents, and ZIP/7Z/RAR archives are accepted.

What to Include

The more of this you can define up front, the fewer rounds of clarification a quotation needs.

Latest drawing revision
Current PDF drawing, CAD model where available, and revision identifier
Critical dimensions and tolerances
Identify function-critical dimensions, GD&T where applicable, and acceptance priorities
Material grade and material requirements
Material designation, condition, equivalent restrictions, and any documentation needs
Surface finish and cosmetic expectations
Finish type, color, masking areas, appearance expectations, and protected surfaces
Threads, holes, and mating interfaces
Thread callouts, insert requirements, countersinks, mating-part information, and sealing surfaces
Quantity and production stage
Prototype, validation, bridge, or production quantity requirements
Inspection and reporting requirements
Requested dimensional inspection records, first article documentation, or other acceptance records
Packaging, labeling, and traceability expectations
Part identification, lot references, protective packaging, labeling format, and shipment instructions

What Happens After You Submit

  1. 1

    Requirement review

Submitted requirements are reviewed to understand the part geometry, materials, quantities, critical features, finishing needs, and documentation expectations.

  2. 2

    Clarification

Questions may be clarified where information is incomplete or where manufacturing considerations require discussion.

  3. 3

    Feasibility discussion

Project feasibility is then discussed before production planning, based on the drawing and project requirements.
